Description
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyse current workflows and recommend solutions for optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of implemented improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for new and updated processes.
- Support compliance with industry standards and regulations in all initiatives.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Profile
A successful CI Engineer should have:
- A strong foundation in industrial or manufacturing processes.
- Green belt Six Sigma
- Worked with value stream mapping, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, Step process, 5S, Process flows, Lean Audits
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
