We are working with a leading law firm in Birmingham who are seeking a skilled Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years’ experience working within a similar position. A CITMA qualification would be highly beneficial. In addition, you will need the ability to work confidently with little to no supervision and prioritise your workload effectively.
Duties:
- Preparing and filing trade mark forms.
- Managing portfolios.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Inbox management.
- Dealing with client communication.
- Preparing accurate correspondence.
- Diary management.
- Handling recordals.
