Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a well-established local business in the Newport area. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers seeking long-term, full-time work with a respected employer and excellent rates of pay.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for completing 6-10 deliveries per day across South Wales. This is a full-time day-shift position, starting at 6am from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Drive and operate a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently.

Complete timely and accurate deliveries to customers across South Wales.

Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

Comply with all road transport legislation and company policies.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements

Full UK driving licence with Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement.

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.

Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred.

Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused attitude.
Pay Rates
-
£16 – £21 per hour (PAYE)
-
£19 – £23 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift
