Full-Time | 1-Form Entry Church of England Primary School | September 2026 Start
A welcoming 1-form entry Church of England primary school in Enfield is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026, for the start of the new academic year.
This is a full-time teaching position with full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, marking, assessment, parent communication and delivering the full National Curriculum to a Year 4 class.
The role is initially offered on a one-year contract, with the potential to become permanent, depending on performance and school requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for a Year 4 class
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Assessing, tracking and reporting pupil progress
- Managing behaviour in line with school policy
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and leadership
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Commitment to the ethos of a Church of England school
Contract Details:
- Full-time teaching role
- September 2026 start
- One-year contract with potential to become permanent
