- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Secure knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and engage pupils through high-quality teaching
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to helping every child reach their full potential
