SALARY: £13.50 to £15.00 per Hour

LOCATION: Covering Swansea, West Glamorgan, Wales and surrounding area

JOB TYPE: Self-Employed, Full-Time and Part-Time Contracts

WORKING HOURS: Flexible, including weekends

Please note:A Driving Licence and own vehicle is essential for this role

JOB OVERVIEW

Due to increased demand, the company has a fantastic new job opportunity for a Cleaner to join its professional and friendly team, delivering high-quality cleaning services across Airbnb short-lets, residential properties and commercial offices.

As the Cleaner you will help prepare spotless, guest-ready properties to a consistently high standard, supporting changeover cleans, deep cleaning, bed making, linen changes and amenity restocking.

The Cleaner will need to be reliable, punctual, organised and confident working independently, with a driving licence and own transport essential. Previous Airbnb or holiday-let cleaning experience would be an advantage.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Cleaner include:

• Airbnb Changeovers: Carry out short-let and changeover cleans to ensure properties are clean, tidy and ready for guests
• Deep Cleaning: Complete thorough residential and commercial cleaning tasks to a high standard
• Guest-Ready Standards: Prepare properties with strong attention to presentation, cleanliness and detail
• Bed Making and Linen: Change linen and make beds neatly in line with agreed standards and checklists
• Amenity Restocking: Replenish basic amenities and report any low or missing items
• Property Checks: Report damages, maintenance issues or missing items promptly and professionally
• Time Management: Work efficiently to meet strict check-in deadlines and agreed cleaning schedules
• Independent Working: Manage allocated cleans responsibly while maintaining consistent service standards

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

• Previous cleaning experience
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working to deadlines, including check-in times
• Honest, trustworthy and professional approach
• Driving licence and own transport
• An up to date DBS check
• Right to work in the UK

DESIRABLE

• Previous Airbnb, holiday-let or short-let cleaning experience
• Experience with residential deep cleaning
• Experience cleaning commercial offices or similar workplace environments
