The Role
The job:
We`re looking for a new Cleaner to join our Property team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. As a cleaner at our Bedquarters in High Wycombe you`ll be expected to ensure a high standard of cleaning throughout the working week both internally and externally. Working as part of a small team you`ll be responsible for cleaning and general tidying in around our head office building.
Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day…
- To ensure that all internal and external areas of the building are cleaned in line with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning rotas.
- To ensure that all rubbish is separated into black bags for general waste and clear bags for mixed, dry recycling. These bags are to be disposed of daily into the correct external bins.
- Replenish tea, coffee and other refreshments in the Boardroom as required.
- Clear away and spillages or `ad hoc` mess as soon as it is reported.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are monitored and maintained appropriately and any shortages are reported to the Property Manager to order.
- Suggest ideas to ensure the job role can develop in the most sustainable manner possible (i.e reducing plastics use).
- Attend monthly cleaning meetings to ensure the highest standards are being met.
