Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning, polishing, sweeping, and general upkeep of communal areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the development.
- Act as a custodian of the building and surrounding grounds, taking pride in the overall appearance of the site.
- Report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or site defects to the Development Manager.
- Provide a friendly and professional presence when interacting with residents and visitors.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Proactive, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
- Previous experience in a cleaner or caretaker role.
