Client Audit Executive

We're partnering with a hugely successful, global media agency to recruit a Client Audit Executive for an initial 6-month contract.
This is a newly created role within the Media Compliance team following a period of significant growth, with strong potential to become permanent.
You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate reconciliations, supporting client audits, and helping to strengthen financial controls and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end reconciliation of client campaigns, supplier invoices, and billing data.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of external client audits.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, variances, and audit queries.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather information and ensure audit requirements are met.
- Document key financial and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve controls, efficiencies, and audit readiness.
- Support process improvement projects and recommendations for system enhancements.
About You
- Experience in audit, compliance, finance operations, reconciliations, or a similar analytical role (experience working in this type of a role in a media agency is a huge bonus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and investigate anomalies.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with large volumes of data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and enhancing controls.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using financial systems; NetSuite knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Studying towards an ACCA or CIMA qualification
