Law Support
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Client Events Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis.
The Client Events Manager will work collaboratively with key international stakeholders to plan and manage the production and execution of high-profile flagship events across EMEA, and will also have direct reports.
Responsibilities will include:
- Closely collaborating with Partners and colleagues in multiple practice groups.
- Determining event objectives and action plans.
- Developing and managing event budgets, ensuring these are adhered to.
- Ensuring event protocols are in place and objectives are achieved.
- Researching new venues and developing a network of external vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and venues.
- Organising event logistics and managing the design of materials.
- Overseeing day-to-day and long-term event reports.
- Tracking and analysing post-event date and ROI.
- Developing and evaluating annual performance goals and reports.
- Maintaining event data through iManage and Events Hub.
- Planning signature events.

Suitable candidates will have gained circa 8+ years prior experience with event management, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary team management, leadership, attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills.
Demonstrated experience with InterAction and excellent venue knowledge is highly desired.
