Based in Witney, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounts and advisory services while acting as the primary point of contact for a wide range of businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients, delivering accounts preparation, advisory, and compliance services to a high standard
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Identifying opportunities to add value to clients and supporting the wider business development efforts of the firm
- Liaising with partners and senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services across the client base
Requirements
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong technical grounding in accounts and advisory work
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver excellent client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage relationships at all levels
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
