To be responsible for all materials created for clients and prospects and build a scalable function to support a growing investment management firm.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and deliver the end-to-end creation and distribution of all client reports on a monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis. This includes dividend information, attribution,
- Deliver prospects with required information of the firm’s products this includes including database, RFP, DDQ and pitchbook population and ad-hoc requests
- Marketing materials information creation and population
- Deliver the reporting model including technology deployment
- Manage and lead internal stakeholders to deliver this service
- Work alongside portfolio managers, investment operations, IT, and compliance to gather necessary portfolio data and streamline workflows
- Maintain and expand investment and portfolio knowledge
- Ensure the accuracy of the all data including investment performance metrics and market commentary before reports are released.
