Client Service Operations and Front of House

Salary:£28-33k dependent on experience

Working Pattern:Office-based (Monday to Friday)
An exciting position has arisen with one of our growing property clients who are seeking an experienced Client Services Operations and Front of House to become the face of their Birmingham office.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional workplace experience, ensuring the office runs seamlessly while delivering a first-class welcome to clients, visitors and colleagues.
MainResponsibilities:
- Delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Coordinating meeting rooms, visitors and office events.
- Overseeing facilities, suppliers, maintenance and office services.
- Managing office supplies, budgets and workplace standards.
- Supporting health & safety compliance and office wellbeing initiatives.
- Providing administrative support to the wider business and senior leadership where required.
- Continuously improving office processes and the overall employee experience.
Experience:
You'll have previous experience in an Office Manager, Workplace, Facilities or Front of House role within a professional environment and be confident managing multiple priorities.
