Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Service Specialist to join a leading independent financial services provider in London. This role is ideal for a proactive and client-focused professional with a strong understanding of banking and investment products, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Location: London (On-site – 5 days per week)
- Daily Rate: Competitive
- Contract Length: April 2027
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for processing client transactions, including stock trades, foreign exchange transactions, loans, and deposits.
- Act as the direct liaison for clients' day-to-day banking needs and administrative requests.
- Manage daily client transactions, handling inquiries, issue resolution, and troubleshooting in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute account maintenance activities, including account opening and closure processes, suitability assessments, KYC reviews, and due diligence requirements.
- Investigate and resolve client queries through effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to a positive client experience.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience within financial services, preferably in a client-facing or commercially focused role.
- Ideally holds a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, brokerage, custody, investment, deposits, and credit solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong judgment, initiative, professionalism, and discretion.
