A highly successful wealth management firm is seeking a Client Servicing Assistant to join its growing team in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional levels of client service. The successful candidate will support a team of Financial Planners and play a key role in ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout their financial planning journey.
The position offers a broad and varied workload, making it ideal for somebody who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of client servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing and administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers and other stakeholders
- Managing client onboarding and ongoing servicing requirements
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
- Processing withdrawals, redemptions and new business submissions
- Assisting with portfolio changes, rebalancing and financial review documentation
- Managing EIS and VCT exits
- Supporting clients through bereavement and probate cases
- Liaising with providers to obtain information and resolve client queries
- Ensuring service standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within financial services would be advantageous
- Experience within a wealth management, financial planning or client servicing environment is desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Team-oriented with a genuine desire to provide exceptional client service
Package:
- £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
