JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer PQE REQUIRED: NQ+ LOCATION: Newcastle Upon Tyne SALARY: Circa £60,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE: Working as part of a nationally recognised department, you will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including matters that proceed to trial. The team is known for handling complex and high-value cases and offers an excellent platform for lawyers looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. Opportunities are available across several office locations, with a flexible hybrid working model designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling clinical negligence matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload, possess strong client care and communication skills and have the ability to progress claims through all stages of litigation.
