Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Bristol, £65,000+ (DOE) – An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate to join this growing Clinical Negligence team in Bristol. JOB REF:3623

THE ROLE: • You will play a key role in supporting the team’s continued success, working closely with Partners on complex, high-value cases while also developing your own caseload and client relationships. • Handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters with confidence and efficiency • Expand your sector knowledge and use this to deliver commercially aware, high-quality advice • Build and strengthen professional networks, both internally and externally • Contribute to a positive risk culture by identifying potential issues early and supporting best practice across the team • Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues, supporting their development

SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE • Proven experience handling high-value and/or complex birth injury litigation • Strong background in supporting Partners on complex matters • Excellent client management and communication skills • Commercial awareness and ability to manage financial aspects of cases • A collaborative approach with the ability to coach and mentor junior lawyers
