It combines technical excellence with a modern, collaborative culture led by an entrepreneurial leadership team focused on sustainable growth.
The team is known for prioritising quality of work and collaboration over rigid billing pressures, creating a working environment that offers both high-calibre litigation and a healthy work-life balance.

- Birth injury and cerebral palsy claims
- Obstetric negligence matters
- Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims
- Surgical error cases
- Failures in medical treatment and patient care
You will work closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates on sensitive, high-value litigation, while developing increased responsibility and profile within the team. There will also be scope to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
About You:
- Demonstrable experience handling birth injury and obstetric claims
- Experience managing complex and high-value matters
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and excellent client care skills

- High-quality, high-value caseload
- Genuine hybrid and flexible working
- Clear and realistic career progression pathway
