Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and forward-thinking Claimant Clinical Negligence team within a highly respected law firm.

The Role
- Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters
- Handle new and existing claims, including litigated files
- Attend Court hearings and client meetings
- Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals
- Prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
- Value claims and negotiate settlements
About you
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- A proven track record handling high-value claims
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Experience working within a target-driven environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
