Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Executive – Bristol
Opportunity in a strong claimant clinical negligence team for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3–4 years’ PQE to join a fantastic firm in its Bristol office. It's an exciting chance to work closely with a Partner on high-value, complex claimant cases while building a long-term career in a supportive and highly regarded team.
The role:
Manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims with a focus on obstetric and neonatal cases:
- Hypoxic birth injury
- Cord prolapse
- Multiple baby pregnancy complications,
- Meningitis
- Group B Strep infection related injuries.
What experience is required:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 – 4 years PQE
- Experienced with higher-value or complex clinical negligence claims
- Strong client care and communication skills are essential.
