CNC Programmer (4 day week)

Are you a CNC Programmer or similar looking for a stable role within a well-established manufacturer offering an excellent work-life balance through a 4-day working week and plenty of optional overtime?
For over 18 years, this company has been manufacturing precision-engineered components in both small and large batches for industries including oil & gas, defence, and subsea. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking to add a CNC Programmer to their growing team.
In this days-based role, you will programme CNC lathes and milling machines using Fanuc controls. Each day, you will receive job cards from the Workshop Supervisor outlining priorities and workloads, allowing you to plan and manage your machining activities efficiently.
This role would suit a CNC Programmer or similar looking for a stable position with strong work-life balance within a company offering the flexibility of a 4- or 5-day week and enhanced rates for Friday working.
The Role
- Programme and set a range of CNC lathes and milling machines using Fanuc controls
- Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Optional overtime

- Able to commute to Stoke-on-Trent
