Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer, Setter & Operator to join our clients production team in Brighouse. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can work independently, program from drawings and produce precision components to the highest standards.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 12:15pm
  • 36.75 hours per week

Salary

  • £16.00+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Program, set and operate Mill/Turn CNC machines
  • Produce components from engineering drawings to finished parts
  • Work to tight tolerances in a high-precision environment
  • Manufacture small batch and one-off components
  • Maintain high levels of quality, safety, and housekeeping
  • Use and adapt programs across Fanuc, Mazak or Siemens controls

Skills & Experience Required

  • Apprentice-trained or time-served machinist
  • Strong background in CNC turning with live tooling
  • Experience with Fanuc, Mazak or Siemens controls
  • Ability to work from drawings with minimal supervision
  • Experience machining large components and small batch work
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Team player with commitment to HSQE standards
