Commercial Analyst

We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Commercial Analyst to keep pricing, stock and machine data accurate across a busy plant dealership. If you're confident with numbers, good with people, and enjoy keeping systems tidy, this role will suit you.
What You'll Do

Keep pricing, stock and machine records accurate and up to date

Update the quoting/configuration tool used by Sales Managers

Support the sales team with quotes, costings and tender packs

Speak with suppliers about stock availability, specs and costs

Maintain ERP records, allocations and equipment updates

Pull together stock, sales and trend reports for senior managers

Coordinate with sales, procurement and logistics to keep deals moving

Handle general commercial admin and ad-hoc analysis when needed
What You Bring

Strong attention to detail and confident working with numbers

Good communication skills with suppliers and internal teams

Comfortable using Excel and general Microsoft Office

Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks

Calm, practical approach in a busy environment
Desirable:
-
Experience in commercial admin, sales support or analytical work
-
Familiarity with plant, machinery or dealer systems
-
ERP/CRM experience or Power BI knowledge
