The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced Commercial Assistant who is bilingual in French and English to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The Role you will be doing;
- To liaise between Clients/Freelancer
- To contact customers in relation to payment inquiries
- enter data into the company software
- To issue, track, process and complete invoices
- Resolving any issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process, to billing of the client.
- The commercial assistant works under the supervision of a manager. Although working under supervision, he or she must possess the ability to work independently.
About You;
- Must be Fluent in French and English
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Analytical thinking, working under pressure, coping with tight deadlines and very good problem-solving skills are required
- Very good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Be open to learn
- Punctuality and a positive attitude
- Advanced multi-tasking and able to work on you own and with others to get things done.
