An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Commercial Conveyancer to join a progressive and forward-thinking firm based in Canterbury. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, lease assignments, renewals, and general commercial conveyancing matters
- Handling commercial property sales and purchases
- Dealing with leasehold and freehold matters, including more complex or non-standard transactions
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
- Taking responsibility for organising and supervising support staff where appropriate
- Delivering a consistently high standard of service to both new and existing clients
- Playing an active role in a varied and high-quality caseload
About You
- Experienced Commercial Conveyancer with a strong background in commercial property work
- Formal qualification is desirable but not essential – relevant experience and a strong track record will be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a practical and commercial approach
- Professional, personable, and easy to work with
- Positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenge and change
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
