The role
- Advising on all aspects of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and ADR
- Including – general corporate/co-co disputes, fraud, banking & finance, defamation and IP among others
- Leveraging the existing client relationships alongside your own work
- Supervising and mentoring juniors
- NB: IP/IT/MEDIA disputes experience would be advantageous
- Very good draw and bonus/benefits
Requirements
- You must be a Commercial Litigation/Disputes Partner
- City, West End or notable regional firm background
- You must have your own clients/referral network
- You should be a collaborative team player
