KennedyPearce are hiring a commercially minded and highly analytical Finance Analyst to join a travel business based in West London. This is a 6 month FTC working 3 days in the office. You will have Power BI and Strong Excel skills and ready to work immediatley.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance reporting suites, dashboards, data models, and KPI tracking.
- Deliver insightful analysis and commentary on trading and product performance.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven process improvements.
- Partner with the Product team to analyse product margins and support pricing decisions.
- Lead specific projects and provide ad hoc commercial analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in a commercial finance, financial analysis, or similar role.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering actionable reporting and insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude is advantageous.
