Commercial Broker Requirements
• CeMAP qualified is essential
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Commercial Broker
• Existing client bank or introducer relationships is essential
• Experience or interest in commercial finance is desirable
• Comfortable working on a self employed, commission only basis

• Self employed Commercial Broker role with OTE £80,000 to £90,000+
• 70 percent commission on self generated business and 60 percent on introductions

Location
Home based with one day per week in either Guildford or New Milton
