Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Forward thinking, established firm in central Wigan are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to augment its growing team.
You'll be joining a Legal 500 ranked team known for Commercial Litigation/Debt Recovery where you'll work alongside several very experienced Solicitors. You will work primarily in a small, busy team, handling a mixed case load of litigation and recoveries. The firm have a strong reputation for debt recovery for asset finance and leasing finance clients.
Your interesting and varied case load may include disputed liability order proceedings in the Magistrates Court, appeals to the High Court, Judicial Review proceedings, disputed winding up and bankruptcy petitions, as well as more straightforward collection cases enforcing unpaid liability orders.
You must be a qualified Litigation Solicitor, all areas of litigation considered as full retraining will be given. You'll be enthusiastic, keen to hit the ground running with handling your own caseload and progress your career within a well-regarded specialist team.
On offer is a competitive salary (up to £45,000 plus bonus scheme), flexible/home working and the chance to be part of a friendly team in an excellent working environment.
