A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its busy Commercial Property Department based in Coventry. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Commercial leases.
- Business lease renewals.
- Contract drafting.
- Property-related dispute resolution.
- Other commercial property transactions.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.
- Managing files effectively from instruction through to completion.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development activities, including marketing and networking.
- Identifying opportunities to develop new business.
- Working with case management systems to maintain accurate and compliant records.
- Applying strong risk management skills across all matters.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing a busy caseload.
Requirements
- Qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Property.
- Extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial property matters.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Exemplary client care skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
- Ability to work proactively and manage responsibilities independently.
