An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice in Eastbourne.
This Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive position offers the chance to step straight into a busy and varied caseload, with strong support from experienced partners and a collaborative team.
Manage a full and active caseload from day one
Handle a broad range of matters including:
Commercial property transactions
Commercial leases
Buying and selling of businesses
Work closely with partners who maintain a hands-on, open-door approach
Opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic department
What we are looking for
The firm is seeking a driven and technically strong Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive who can hit the ground running.
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ to Senior level considered)
Essential experience within commercial property
Strong technical knowledge with a practical, up-to-date approach
Ability to manage a busy workload independently
A team player who values culture and collaboration
Ambitious and keen to progress within a supportive environment
