The Opportunity We are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking a Paralegal to join its busy Commercial Property team. The Role Working as part of a collaborative Commercial Property team, you will provide a high-quality support function to fee earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of matters and the wider department.
Your responsibilities will include: • Managing case files efficiently from instruction through to completion • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries promptly and professionally • Supporting fee earners with a range of commercial property transactions • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records • Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the team
For the right individual, there is the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time, with supervision and support.
About You • Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Commercial Property (preferred) • Good understanding of commercial property transactions and processes • Strong communication skills, with confidence in dealing with a broad client base • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
