Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE seeking to join a well-established law firm that can offer top quality work along with hybrid working, free on-site parking and a range of other benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1–4 years' PQE and solid Commercial Property experience to work on a varied caseload while developing their technical expertise and client relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced property lawyers on a broad range of commercial property transactions, with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
The successful commercial property solicitor will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters while providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions
- Handling commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Advising landlords and tenants on lease matters and related property issues
- Managing commercial refinancing transactions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Commercial Property and Company Commercial law
- Managing files efficiently and in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from candidates who possess:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer status
- Between 0 and 4 years' PQE
- At least two years' Commercial Property experience, although more experienced candidates will also be considered
- Experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
- Strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Desirable Experience
The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential:
- Agricultural property transactions
- Development and site acquisition work
- Strategic land and development projects
