JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 2+ LOCATION: Lincolnshire SALARY: Up to £60,000
THE ROLE: A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing and ambitious law firm. You will undertake a broad range of commercial property matters, advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, leases and general real estate transactions. Working closely with an established client base, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships whilst playing an active role in the continued development of the firm's commercial property offering.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience handling a range of commercial real estate matters. You will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. The firm is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded individual who is keen to take on responsibility and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.
