Working with an impressive portfolio of national corporate clients, you will advise on a broad range of development, investment and corporate occupier matters while playing a key role within a highly regarded Real Estate team.

Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions
  • Handling development, investment and corporate occupier work
  • Acting for large corporate and institutional clients across the UK
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial property documentation
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working with colleagues across other specialist practice areas
  • Providing commercially focused legal advice on complex matters
  • Helping on business development initiatives and client growth
  • Mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate

Profile

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with ideally 6 years' PQE or above
  • Experienced in commercial property law, including development and investment work
  • Confident advising corporate occupier clients
  • Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware with a client focused approach
  • Able to manage a varied caseload independently

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
  • Bonus of up to 30% of annual salary.
  • Generous pension contribution of 5%.
