Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Looking for a commercial property role where you'll get great-quality work and be part of a friendly team.
A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to its friendly Bristol team. Thanks to continued growth, there's an opportunity to join a close-knit department that genuinely enjoys working together and offers plenty of autonomy, support and room to progress.
You'll work with an impressive and varied client base, including international corporations, pension providers, housing associations, commercial lenders, developers, charities and commercial landlords and tenants. No two days are quite the same, with a broad mix of commercial property matters to keep things interesting.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
- Advising clients on secured lending transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Getting involved in business development and networking as part of a growing team
What you'll bring:
- Around 2+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx)
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property work
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving
