A well-established Doncaster law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team. This is a strong opportunity to handle a broad range of commercial property matters within a supportive and ambitious practice.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, development work and secured lending transactions. You will work closely with local businesses, developers and investors, building strong long term client relationships.
The firm is seeking:
- A qualified Solicitor with solid commercial property experience
- Confidence managing files independently
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and excellent client care
