THE ROLE: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team. Acting for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, major corporates, public bodies, charities, educational institutions, landlords, tenants, and entrepreneurs, you will advise on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.
You will manage a varied caseload including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, property development, and secured lending. Alongside managing your own matters, you will work closely with senior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and support the mentoring and development of junior members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 2-4 years' PQE and a solid background in commercial property law. You will have experience advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions, excellent technical ability, and a commercially focused approach to client service. The successful candidate will be proactive, motivated, and confident building strong client relationships, with a genuine interest in business development and the supervision and development of junior colleagues. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.
