Commercial Property Solicitor (Associate) – Bristol/Hybrid
Opportunity for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification who is looking to take that career step up to Associate level and join a leading top Legal 100 Law firm in Bristol.
In this role you'll work with a broad range of clients, manage transactions from instruction to completion working in a collaborative, ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Asset management
- Telecommunications transactions
Act for a diverse portfolio of clients:
- Landlords
- Tenants
- Investors
- Lenders
Develop lasting relationships with clients
Work closely with colleagues across the wider Property team
Support the development of the juniors
