A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 plus years PQE to join its growing team in Barnsley. This is a strong opportunity to take on a varied and high quality caseload within a collaborative and forward thinking environment.
You will be joining an established property team with a strong local reputation, working on a mix of transactional and advisory work with real scope to broaden your experience.
The role will include:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Acting on the sale and purchase of commercial and agricultural land
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting secured lending transactions and related documentation
- Assisting with planning related issues and ancillary legal documents
- Working on small to medium residential development projects
- Preparing contract packs and undertaking title investigations
- Managing post completion matters and ensuring full compliance
