A respected and fast-growing firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their dynamic, friendly and commercially minded team. If you’re driven, client-focused and ready to take on high-quality work with real impact, this is an exciting opportunity.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied and stimulating caseload across the full spectrum of commercial property work, including:
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Commercial leases (acting for both Landlord and Tenant)
- Assignments and lease surrenders
- SIPP purchases with leasebacks
- Option Agreements (acting for both Owner and Developer)
- Residential lease extensions & collective enfranchisement
You’ll build strong relationships with new and existing clients, deliver commercially sound advice, and play an active role in business development and the growth of the department.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm Location: Chelmsford

- Be a Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property
