The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development work and property finance.
- Work closely with an established client base of developers, investors, and landlords.
- Help develop the department, supporting junior lawyers and enforcing best practices and processes.
- Contribute to business development, leveraging the firm’s strong reputation and network.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law.
- Strong technical knowledge and client management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with experience training and mentoring junior team members.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to help grow the firm’s client base.
