Opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team at a well-established London commercial law firm.

My client is a long-established commercial law firm with a strong reputation across a range of sectors including real estate, media, music, sport, retail, hospitality, leisure and technology.
The firm acts for an impressive client base ranging from major institutions and recognised brands through to SMEs, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
Despite its high-quality work and market reputation, the firm is known for maintaining a collaborative, down-to-earth and entrepreneurial culture.
Their Real Estate team is recognised in the Legal 500 across Commercial Property, Property Litigation and Property Finance.
The opportunity
The firm is now seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Real Estate team. The new hire will work closely with a highly respected Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior associate seeking high-quality work, genuine responsibility and a clear long-term pathway toward Partnership within a lean and supportive team structure.
The role will involve:
- Advising clients on day-to-day landlord and tenant matters across large commercial property portfolios
- Acting on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions
- Advising property companies and high net worth individuals on a range of commercial real estate matters
- Handling commercial and mixed-use development work including site acquisitions, development set-up and disposal of units
- Working closely with clients across sectors including retail, hospitality, leisure, office, industrial, residential and student housing
Required
- UK qualified Solicitor with 5 – 8 years' PQE
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate gained at a respected City, West End or strong regional firm
