Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
* Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts
* Working on complex technology, IT and digital transformation projects
* Advising on outsourcing and supply chain arrangements
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
* Managing client relationships and providing commercially focused advice
* Working closely with partners on strategic and high value matters
* Advising clients across sports, technology, retail and manufacturing sectors
* Helping on business development and networking initiatives
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor ideally with 2 to 4 years PQE
* Experienced in commercial contract work gained in private practice or in house
* Comfortable advising on complex commercial transactions
* Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
* Commercially aware with strong client relationship skills
* Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £68,000 to £77,000 per annum.
- 25 days of holiday leave.
- Performance-based bonus of up to 30%.
