  • Draft and process decision letters, minutes and publicity following committee hearings, ensuring timely upload to the case management system
  • Prepare, collate and electronically upload committee papers, managing all pre and post-meeting administration for Disciplinary Committee hearings
  • Take full ownership of a varied caseload across ICAEW's Disciplinary Committees, managing each case from referral through to conclusion
  • Handle queries from members and complainants professionally, referring complex matters appropriately while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure
  • Maintain accurate case records, closing concluded matters in the case management system and keeping the hearings calendar current.

What you will need;

  • Experience in a legal, regulatory or case management environment, with a legal minded approach to administrative work – a law degree, LPC or equivalent qualification is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage a varied caseload, meet competing deadlines and maintain accuracy in a busy environment
  • Excellent written communication skills, proficiency in M365 (Word and Excel), resilience under pressure, and willingness to travel to London regularly for committee hearings and tribunals

What you can expect from us;

We believe doing your best work starts with feeling supported both professionally and personally. That's why we offer a range of benefits designed to give you flexibility, security, and peace of mind:

  • A strong pension contribution of 9%
  • Private medical cover with AXA (where eligible), alongside a healthcare cash plan
  • Life assurance at 4x your salary
  • 24 days holiday increasing to 27 with years of service, plus Christmas closure and the option to buy or sell extra days
  • Hybrid working to help you find the right balance
  • Everyday savings through gym discounts, travel loans, and retail perks
