Company Secretarial Assistant
London
12 month FTC
Role:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and registers.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of board meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Monitor and ensure adherence UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006
- Support in drafting and reviewing governance-related documentation.
- Support with a broad range of transactional activities
- Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of industries

Company Secretarial Assistant

Essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in preparing documentation.
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles and statutory compliance.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong working knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006
- The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
