This North London Authority are looking for a Complaints Investigator. Details of the role are:
Individual required to help clear a backlog of stage 1 complaints relating to housing needs, homelessness and temporary accommodation.
Preferable that candidates have LOCAL AUTHORITY & homelessness complaints experience – would also welcome applicants with Housing Ombudsman experience. Good if applicants are aware of Housing Act 96 Part VII, Homelessness Reduction Act 2018 or Localism Act 2011.
Conduct investigations with Housing Needs team for written responses – need to be a customer centric individual.
