Conflicts Analyst
Leading global law firm on an exciting growth path seeks an experienced Conflicts Analyst with strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to join its Risk Management team, driving ethical compliance and conflict resolution across the Firm.

Conflicts Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate information obtained from partners through the Intapp Open intake system for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and provide preliminary analysis from search results in accordance with applicable ethical rules and Firm policies
- Produce detailed conflicts reports and propose effective resolutions
- Maintain and update the firm’s conflicts database with precise and current information on clients and matters
- Participate in the testing and review of new software systems and applications
Conflicts Analyst Skills & Requirements:
- Some experience in conflicts, compliance, analytical research gained within a law firm
- Prior experience of ABA conflicts rules would be of benefit but not required as training will be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, and in Intapp products preferred
- Willingness and ability to learn conflicts analysis applying the SRA and American Bar Association Model Rules
