Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer (Associate) | Real Growth | Visible High Quality Work
York or Hull | Hybrid Working |
Strong benefits | Salary £55,000 – £70,000 DOE
What if your next move wasn't simply about joining another construction team, but about joining a firm at a point where genuine growth is creating opportunities for ambitious lawyers to accelerate their careers?
QED Legal's client is seeking a Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer to join a growing team within a highly successful regional practice. Having established a strong presence across Yorkshire, the firm continues to invest heavily in its future and has ambitious plans for further expansion into larger UK markets.
The Construction & Infrastructure team advises a broad range of developers, contractors, consultants, investors and commercial organisations on a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. You'll be joining a team that combines high-quality work with a genuinely collaborative culture, where lawyers are encouraged to take ownership of client relationships and play an active role in the team's continued development.
This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced partners, gain exposure to significant projects and develop your own profile within a practice that is building real momentum.
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
- Around 3+ years' PQE within Construction Law
- Experience handling contentious and/or non-contentious construction matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- The confidence to build relationships with clients and professional contacts
- An interest in contributing to the continued growth of a successful team
The timing of this opportunity is particularly attractive. The firm has experienced sustained growth over recent years and is continuing to invest in both its people and its market presence. As a result, this role offers the chance to join a team with genuine momentum, where ambitious lawyers can make a visible contribution and benefit from future opportunities as the business continues to expand.
Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, you'll find a supportive environment, high-quality work and a leadership team committed to long-term growth and development.
