In this role, you'll support the smooth and efficient running of our Contact Lens department. You'll guide customers through their contact lens journey — from ordering and handling queries, to teaching them how to insert, remove, and care for their lenses safely. You'll also assist the Contact Lens Optician and help ensure your team are confident using our systems and processes.

Our Gloucester Specsavers store is a busy, modern optical and audiology hub located in the heart of the city, serving a diverse and loyal customer base. The store benefits from a strong clinical and retail team, advanced equipment, and a supportive, performance-driven culture that prioritises both exceptional patient care and commercial success. With high footfall and a reputation for delivering outstanding service, the Gloucester store provides an engaging and fast-paced environment. It is conveniently located with excellent public transport links, including easy access to local bus routes and Gloucester train station, making it highly accessible for both customers and team members. The store also offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within the wider Specsavers network.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with contact lenses or within optics
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
- A proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a busy team
